The start of the 2007 Fire Season is upon us! Spot fires from lightening started a small fire near my house. It seems to have been contianed by the CDF. They had a helicopter, CDF crews, and looks like an inmate crew on the scene pretty quickly. I will have to keep an eye on the hill tonight just to be sure its out! It's been awhile since we have been evacuated for fires, so cross your fingers!This is the nature area behind the school. Its just down the street from us.
